I worked with Jarred and Amanda on a week-long rental of a Class C RV for a road trip through AZ and southern California. They were EXCELLENT in terms of customer service and responsiveness. Not only that, they were kind and helpful. They recognized that I was a beginner in RV travel and kept that in mind. Jarred's thorough and clear walk-through and training session on the day of pick up was so calm and instructive. Further, the RV we rented was in great shape and was perfect for our needs. I am a happy customer. I recommend this company to anyone looking to rent an RV in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I will definitely work with Rhonda's RV Rentals again for my RV rental needs. To Jarred and Amanda: Thanks for a great experience!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Rhonda's are always professional, fair, and kind. We have used them for various vacations, each time the rig was clean, everything worked, and they were there to assist if we needed. We’ve rented from Jarred and Rhonda’s RV Rentals several times now, and every experience has been fantastic! From the excellent communication to the cleanliness and wide variety of trailer options, everything has been top-notch. We’ve loved making memories with our four kids, and the entire process has always been smooth and easy. Thank you, Jarred and team, for helping make our adventures so special!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our Couchman Leprechaun fit our needs. It worked well and what we hoped for. This was our third RV rental, first from Jarred. He made it a smooth and enjoyable experience.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Easy pickup and drop off. Jarred made it simple and Amanda was great with comms on the rental. Rig was clean, in great condition and worked fine. Generator was perfect for charging at night since we were dry camping.
