FAQ's

Yes. You must be at least 25 years old to rent an RV in Arizona. Renters under 25 may still qualify if they provide a binder policy covering the RV for the duration of the trip. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
We only accept valid driver’s licenses at check-in. If you’re waiting on a replacement, you’ll need either a paper copy with new dates or a printable copy from the DMV. This ensures smooth rental pickup in Phoenix.
Insurance is required for all Phoenix RV rentals. Please see our Insurance Page for full details on coverage options and protection while traveling across Arizona.
Yes. Insurance is mandatory for every RV booking. Reservations without insurance are subject to cancellation.
Your personal auto policy typically covers the RV only while it’s attached to your vehicle for liability purposes. The required daily rental insurance provides additional coverage during transit and while parked at Arizona campsites, protecting against liability, natural events, and exterior damages.
Not always. Many of our travel trailers can be towed with a mid-size SUV. Be sure to check your vehicle’s towing capacity and review the trailer’s listed weight in the description before booking.

Towing is permitted only for renters with prior towing experience and knowledge of travel trailer setup. If you’re not experienced, we recommend our Phoenix RV delivery and setup service for the easiest rental experience. Electric brake controller required in tow vehicle.

We welcome most dogs, but weight and breed restrictions apply. A pet fee will be added.

  • Service animals are allowed. Emotional support animals require approval.

  • Check campground rules to confirm pets are permitted.

  • Strict no cat policy. Violations result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Yes. Dry camping (boondocking) is allowed. Keep in mind water, power, and waste systems will be limited without hookups.
A $129 prep fee covers enhanced cleaning and sanitation between rentals. You’re expected to return the RV in the same condition you received it; extra cleaning fees apply if needed.
You may not exceed the listed sleeping capacity. If an RV sleeps 5, the maximum occupancy is 5 people.
A deposit hold is placed on your credit card. After the RV is returned and inspected in Phoenix, the deposit is released. Any damages will be deducted.
